Is the fare per person or per car?
Per car. A sedan costs the same for one, two or three passengers.
What happens if my flight is late?
We track your flight and adjust the pickup. Waiting is free for 60 minutes after landing.
Where do I meet my chauffeur?
In the arrivals hall. Your chauffeur holds a sign with your name.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, free of charge. Tell us the age of each child when you book.
How do I pay?
You pay the chauffeur at the end of the ride, by card or in cash.
Can I cancel for free?
Yes, up to 24 hours before pickup. Just send us a message.
Do I need a passport for Venice, Trieste or Ljubljana?
Bring a valid ID card or passport. Random checks at Schengen borders are possible.
Do you pick up at campsites and villas?
Yes. We pick up at any address in Rovinj and across Istria.
