Who we are

What we collect
When you book, we receive the details you send us: name, phone, email, trip data, flight number, pickup address, number of passengers, luggage and the ages of children for child seats.
Why we use it
We use your data only to arrange and carry out your transfer and to contact you about it. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Sending your request
When you submit the booking form, the request reaches our private inbox through the form service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co, United States). FormSubmit only forwards the message and, if you give an email address, sends you a receipt. Its own privacy terms apply.
WhatsApp, Viber and email
If you send your request by WhatsApp or Viber, the message passes through that service. Their own privacy terms apply. Email requests reach our mailbox provider.
This website
The site uses no tracking and no advertising cookies. Fonts are hosted on our own server. The booking form keeps your entries only in this browser tab until you send them. Our hosting provider keeps short technical server logs for security.
How long we keep it
We keep booking data as long as needed for the transfer and as Croatian accounting law requires. Then we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and object to its use. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Croatian data protection agency (AZOP, azop.hr).
